100% of Voters in Phu Quy Special Administrative Zone Complete Voting
By 3:00 p.m. on March 15, all voters in Phu Quy Special Administrative Zone had completely cast their ballots, achieving 100% voter turnout, according to the local Election Committee.

Phu Quy recorded a total of 23,345 voters participating in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and members of People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
To organize the election, the locality established six electoral units with 21 polling stations, with adequate facilities, personnel and logistical support in place to ensure smooth and lawful voting.

From early morning, polling stations across the special administrative zone operated in a serious, orderly, and democratic atmosphere. Voters arrived in large numbers to exercise their civic rights and responsibilities with a strong sense of duty.
Election teams strictly followed procedures, including checking voter identification cards, distributing ballots, and guiding voters through the voting process, thereby ensuring transparency and full compliance with the law.


Notably, Polling Station No. 5, where voters included officers and soldiers from armed forces stationed in the area, completed voting early at 8:30 a.m., reaching 100% participation. Voting at this location was organized by the Phu Quy Military Command in coordination with several armed forces units, including the border guard, navy, coast guard, and police.
According to the Phu Quy Election Committee, political security and public order remained stable throughout election day. Security personnel were deployed at polling stations to maintain order, assist voters, and respond to any potential situations.

Election preparations were carefully carried out in advance, from public information campaigns encouraging voter participation to preparations at polling stations. As a result, election day in Phu Quy took place seriously, democratically, and in full compliance with legal regulations, while ensuring absolute safety.
The 100% voter turnout reflects the strong civic responsibility and political awareness of residents in the special administrative zone, contributing to the overall success of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and members of the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
