Stepping into Ms Trang’s classroom, one can easily sense a calm yet well-organized atmosphere. Students eagerly raise their hands to speak, their eyes bright with confidence and enthusiasm. Few would guess that these changes are the result of a seven-year journey of dedication by a young teacher deeply committed to her profession.

Born in 1996, Ms Trang’s love for teaching was sparked during her own primary school years. The image of her former teacher — patient, gentle and always believing in her students — planted the dream of becoming a teacher in her heart. “My greatest wish back then was that one day I could pass on the same sense of trust and learning inspiration to my students, just as my teacher once did for me,” she shared.

When she first began working at Lam Tuyen Primary School, the young teacher faced numerous challenges. Differences in students’ family backgrounds and learning foundations made classroom management far from easy. Many children were shy, lacked confidence and had yet to develop good study habits. For Ms Trang, this was not only a professional challenge but also a call for closeness, listening and understanding each student individually.

The pressure increased when she was entrusted with the role of head of a professional team at a relatively young age. Balancing the quality of her own teaching while supporting and sharing experience with colleagues required strong initiative and a high sense of responsibility. The trust placed in her by the school leadership, together with her students’ progress, became the motivation that helped her gradually adapt and mature.

Drawing from classroom practice, Ms Trang has researched and implemented several initiatives that have proven effective. Notably, her initiative on “improving classroom organization to help students stay focused and enhance homeroom teaching in Grade 2” was officially recognized at the provincial level.

By adjusting classroom management methods, patiently building routines and fostering positive study habits, she has witnessed clear changes in her students. They are now more confident in expressing themselves, better at self-management and more proactive in collective activities.

Alongside her teaching duties, Ms Trang has also served for many years as Secretary of the Youth Union at Lam Tuyen Primary School. In her view, Youth Union activities are closely linked to education. “Young teachers should not only stand at the podium but also actively participate in and lead school movements, creating opportunities for students to experience and develop in a well-rounded way,” she said.

Thanks to her continuous efforts, Ms Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang has received numerous commendations over the years, including Provincial Emulation Soldier in 2024, Provincial Outstanding Teacher in 2025 and Provincial Outstanding Young Educator in 2025. These achievements reflect a serious, persistent and effective professional journey. Yet for Ms Trang, the most meaningful reward remains the steady progress of her students each school year — in awareness, skills and confidence when they walk into the classroom.

Ms Trang is a young teacher with a strong sense of responsibility, a serious attitude toward her profession and a proactive approach to innovation in teaching. Her most outstanding qualities are patience and closeness to students, along with her ability to build a positive classroom environment where children become more confident, expressive and show clear progress year after year. Her achievements clearly demonstrate both professional competence and the dedication of a young teacher committed to the students of the D’ran area.
