Compensation Payments Disbursed for Bao Loc – Lien Khuong Expressway Project
On Jan 15–16, the Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Duc Trong Commune and Vietcombank Lam Dong Branch, carried out compensation payments for households whose land was acquired for the Bao Loc – Lien Khuong Expressway project.
To date, the People’s Committee of Duc Trong Commune has approved compensation, support and resettlement plans for 334 affected cases, with a total budget exceeding VND 425 billion.
Most households receiving compensation expressed satisfaction and consensus with the State’s land clearance policy for the implementation of the Bao Loc – Lien Khuong Expressway project.

Compensation payments for all 334 eligible households were scheduled to be completed over the two-day period of January 15–16, 2026, at Vietcombank Lam Dong Branch, located on Tran Hung Dao Street, Duc Trong Commune.
For elderly residents or those with limited mobility, relevant agencies provided on-site assistance at their homes, ensuring timely completion of procedures and disbursement of compensation funds.
