Conference on National Tourism Area Planning for Mui Ne Scheduled for March 2026
On January 28, Mr Nguyen Minh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting to review reports and provide guidance on the organization of the Conference announcing the Master Plan for the Mui Ne National Tourism Area through 2040, with a vision to 2050.

The conference is slated to take place in March 2026. It expects to welcome around 200 participants, ranging from central and provincial officials to business leaders and media representatives.

After conducting on-site surveys of several potential locations, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recommended Centara Mirage Mui Ne Resort in Mui Ne Ward, as the conference venue.
Assessments indicate that the site meets all requirements for conference space, exhibition areas and tourism promotion activities. It also features an outdoor stage suitable for artistic performances to serve local residents and visitors.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Minh requested relevant agencies to maintain close coordination and thorough preparation of conference content and programs. He also emphasized the need to intensify the mobilization of socialized resources and further clarify organizational plans, communication strategies, logistics, as well as security and safety arrangements.

Accordingly, Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio–Television Station, the Department of Construction, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism were assigned to jointly produce a video to be screened at the conference. The clip must ensure high quality, accurate content and vivid, visual presentation, closely aligned with the approved Master Plan for the National Tourism Area. It should clearly highlight development orientations, potential advantages, and planned architectural and landscape spaces. The artistic program at the conference must be organized in a formal, well-structured and effective manner.
