On May 28, the People’s Committee of Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward, in coordination with the Lam Dong Center for Archives and Employment Services, organized the 2026 Job Fair under the theme “Career Counseling – Recruitment – Employment and Training Connection.”

The event drew a large number of workers, youth union members, young people, as well as pupils and students looking for information about job openings, career advice, and training possibilities.
Eight businesses and recruitment agencies took part in the job fair, showcasing industries like tourism, education, overseas employment, beauty care, high-tech agriculture, and agricultural production.

At the event, various businesses showcased a diverse array of job openings, including positions in tourism and hospitality, trade and sales, agricultural engineering, beauty care, accounting, agricultural production, as well as positions outside the province and internationally.
Alongside direct hiring, many organizations also offered guidance on study abroad programs, work-study opportunities, overseas employment, and career guidance for youth, pupils, and students.
In addition to recruitment efforts, attendees received insights into job search techniques, career development, study abroad options, work-study arrangements, and international job prospects.

Many young participants actively reached out to businesses to gather information about hiring criteria, pay scales, working conditions, and prospects for professional development and skill enhancement.
As stated by officials from the Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward People’s Committee, there is a strong demand for recruitment in the region, particularly within the service, tourism, high-tech agriculture, and trade sectors.
The monthly salary ranges from VND 7 million to 15 million, with insurance benefits, holiday bonuses, and opportunities for career growth.

Through the job fair, local authorities hope to effectively connect labor supply and demand, create more stable employment opportunities for residents, and support businesses in accessing suitable human resources to meet current development needs.
