According to Mr. Phan Hoai Vu, who has worked in the field for nearly 10 years, his team serves dozens of visitors every day, especially during the summer and holiday seasons.

Previously, jeep tours mainly offered sunrise viewing and short dune rides. Now, tourists have more choices, from easy family routes to adrenaline-filled dune climbs. Safety has improved, and drivers are trained in photography, videography, and even drone shooting,” Mr. Vu said. He added that what excites visitors most are the photo stops, where many drivers help them find the best angles, lighting, and poses for stunning pictures.

Safety Becomes Top Priority

Jeep tours across the shifting white dunes of Bau Trang – Mui Ne are now placing safety as the top priority. Drivers are required to have strong experience and quick handling skills. Before getting passengers, brakes, tires, transmission systems, vehicle frames, and routes are checked carefully. Passengers are also instructed to wear seatbelts, sit properly, and keep a safe distance from dune edges.

Local tour operators confirm that technical standards are being tightened, especially during windy periods. Visitors are advised to choose licensed jeeps, professional drivers, transparent pricing, and guaranteed safety. Beyond the excitement, jeep tours are considered one of the best ways to fully enjoy the natural coastal landscape, making them a “must-try” experience for many international tourists visiting Mui Ne.
