Ensuring all conditions for the election to take place in the spirit of the “National Festival”
On March 11, Ho Van Muoi, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee, inspected election preparations in wards across the Da Lat area.

During the inspection, the Provincial Chairman reviewed preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term at several polling stations, including Polling Station No. 17 at Chi Lang Secondary and High School in Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward and Polling Station No. 6 on Dinh Tien Hoang Street.
The delegation also held a working session with the Steering Committee and Election Committee of Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward.

At the polling stations, Comrade Ho Van Muoi inspected the locations where candidate lists and voter lists were posted. Areas designated for ballot boxes, voting booths and ballot-writing tables were carefully reviewed. Facilities serving the election as well as ceremonial decorations were also checked.
During the visit, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee listened to reports from ward leaders and heads of local election teams on preparations for the upcoming vote. The review of voter lists, the posting of candidate information and the arrangement of polling stations were reported to have been implemented in accordance with regulations. Local authorities also provided updates on communication activities and the security situation in the area.

Reports from the localities indicated that preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term are progressing on schedule and in full compliance with guidelines and regulations. Communication campaigns, public outreach activities and measures to ensure public security and social order have also been prepared.
The compilation and public posting of voter lists and candidate lists have been carried out in line with regulations.
Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward has 13 electoral units and 22 polling stations, with a total of 42,115 voters. Meanwhile, Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward has 15 electoral units and 31 polling stations, with 65,891 voters.

Following the inspection, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee commended the proactive and responsible efforts of local Party committees and authorities. Election teams have actively prepared facilities and developed plans to ensure security and order for election day.

From now until election day, local authorities must continue strengthening communication efforts so that voters and residents actively participate in the voting process. The election must be conducted openly and transparently to ensure that the right number of qualified representatives are elected—those who truly deserve to represent the people.

The Provincial Chairman also requested that local authorities coordinate closely with the police to continue reviewing voter lists, ensuring that no eligible voter is omitted or recorded incorrectly, thereby safeguarding citizens’ voting rights. For residents working far from home, local authorities must update information to ensure they can still exercise their voting rights.

Local Election Committees and polling teams were instructed to carefully prepare official seals, ballot boxes and ballot papers, ensuring that all procedures are carried out smoothly and in accordance with regulations.
Vote counting must be conducted accurately and in strict compliance with regulations on election day. Relevant units must strengthen measures to ensure absolute security and safety throughout the election process, guaranteeing that the election is conducted successfully and in the spirit of the country’s "National Festival".
