Gia Nghia Central Square Set for Inauguration
Gia Nghia Central Square is set to be officially inaugurated, with the newly completed public space and a carefully prepared artistic program creating an atmosphere of excitement ahead of a major celebration for residents in western Lam Dong Province.

Anticipation Builds Ahead of the Inauguration
In the final days of July, the heart of Gia Nghia is taking on a fresh look. The expansive central square has emerged as a new landmark, while surrounding streets and public spaces have been upgraded. Preparations for the inauguration ceremony are now entering their final stage.
At the central roundabout, a newly completed floral tower has become an eye-catching feature, adding vibrant color to the urban landscape ahead of an event eagerly anticipated by local residents.
Nguyen Thi Thu, a resident of Nam Gia Nghia Ward, said the city has become more attractive thanks to improvements that extend even to the smallest details.
"The floral tower at the central roundabout creates a fresh, vibrant atmosphere and makes Gia Nghia feel livelier than ever," she said.

Residents of Bac Gia Nghia Ward, where the inauguration will take place, share the same enthusiasm.
Pham Thi Giang said every completed project reflects the dedication of local officials, workers and urban improvement teams. These changes not only make the streets more beautiful but also give local people a greater sense of pride.
Even before its official opening, the square has already attracted residents who come to walk, relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
Its spacious layout and gradually completed landscape are reshaping the urban image of central Gia Nghia.

Covering approximately 19.26 hectares with a total investment of VND 400 billion, Gia Nghia Central Square is one of the largest cultural and urban infrastructure projects in western Lam Dong Province.
After years of anticipation, the project is finally approaching completion. The square is expected to become a new venue for cultural activities, recreation and public gatherings, while enhancing urban infrastructure and creating a distinctive architectural landmark for the area.

Beyond hosting major events, the square is envisioned as a vibrant public space where residents can meet, exercise and participate in community and cultural activities. For many local people, it also symbolizes Gia Nghia's transformation through sustained urban investment and renewal.
Final Preparations Underway
According to the plan, the inauguration ceremony for Gia Nghia Central Square and the Museum–Library–Park Complex will take place on the evening of July 25 in Bac Gia Nghia Ward.
The event is being organized as a major cultural celebration for residents across the region.
As the host locality, Bac Gia Nghia Ward has proactively carried out all assigned tasks.
According to Ward People's Committee Chairman Trinh Anh, local authorities have instructed all relevant units to closely monitor progress, promptly resolve outstanding issues and complete the remaining work.
Electricity supply, landscaping, environmental sanitation and traffic management plans have all been reviewed to ensure safe and convenient conditions for the large number of residents expected to attend.

Recently, Le Trong Yen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, joined leaders of provincial departments and local authorities in conducting an on-site inspection of the venue.
The delegation reviewed the project, decorative arrangements, ceremonial preparations and event organization plans, while also inspecting security, traffic management, environmental sanitation, electricity supply and telecommunications systems.
The Standing Vice Chairman instructed Bac Gia Nghia Ward to proactively prepare comprehensive plans to support the event, ensuring public security, effective traffic flow and sufficient personnel to respond to unexpected situations.
He also emphasized that environmental sanitation and urban beautification must be fully completed before the opening ceremony.

The intensive preparations have further heightened anticipation for the event.
With the new square completed, streets freshly decorated and floral displays brightening the downtown, residents are eagerly awaiting one of the largest cultural events ever held in western Lam Dong.
After years of expectation, Gia Nghia is about to welcome a major new public space in the heart of the downtown. The project is expected to inject new vitality into the urban area while showcasing the transformation of western Lam Dong into a modern, dynamic and increasingly livable destination.
