Lam Dong - Every summer, National Highway 20 — the familiar route leading to Da Lat, becomes more romantic as rows of blooming Giant Crape-myrtle trees paint both sides of the road in shades of purple.

Along National Highway 20, the section passing through Hiep Thanh Commune near the foot of Prenn Pass stretches for about 10 kilometers. As flamboyant flowers burst into brilliant red bloom, giant crape-myrtle trees also begin showing their purple blossoms to welcome visitors from all directions.
