The leaf is fermented in a special solution so it dries slowly while preserving its natural green, strength, and flexibility. Once ready, we stitch it just as we do traditional hats. Each hat is unique — the veins of every lotus leaf tell a different story.”
To enhance durability, a layer of natural gloss oil is applied. Depending on customer requests, floral motifs, birds, or landscapes may be painted or even embroidered — blending multiple Hue handicraft traditions into one timeless creation.
