Making a Difference Through Community-Oriented Projects

Throughout the years, the “I Love My Fatherland” movement has evolved into a platform for the youth of Lam Dong to express their commitment to their homeland and the nation.

Young people have continually risen to the occasion, engaging in efforts such as campaigns for environmental protection, rural development initiatives, aid for disadvantaged residents, and involvement in social welfare programs.

From 2024 to 2026, over 853,300 members of youth unions and young people throughout the province participated in volunteer efforts, reaching 117% of the target.

Behind these figures are thousands of inspiring stories of compassion and dedication. These include free medical examinations and medicine distribution for residents in remote areas; volunteer programs such as “Supporting Patients” and “Young Doctors Following Uncle Ho’s Teachings”; youth-led community projects, rural lighting initiatives, and emergency relief efforts in response to natural disasters and disease outbreaks.

These significant efforts have positively improved the perception of Lam Dong’s youth among local residents.

Initiatives aimed at uniting and engaging young people have been on the rise. The province now supports over 270 clubs, teams, and groups for youth, tailored to various interests and professions, and has introduced more than 250 new methods for engaging young people. Pioneering Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation

In addition to volunteer efforts, promoting youth entrepreneurship, fostering economic development, and advancing digital transformation have become top priorities for youth organizations.

These projects are seen as vital resources for enabling youth to succeed in the digital age and engage in the global economy.
