Lam Dong Accelerates Digital Government Development
Lam Dong Province has issued an action plan to implement the Digital Government Development Program, ensuring consistency and alignment with the National Digital Government Program.
The plan sets out clear objectives and tasks aimed at promoting comprehensive digital transformation across the province.

The model places citizens and businesses at the center while developing an integrated digital ecosystem, including Digital Government, digital infrastructure, digital data, digital security, and digital human resources.
Departments, agencies, and localities are required to carry out the plan within their assigned functions and responsibilities, and report implementation results on a regular basis. The Office of the Provincial People’s Committee is tasked with standardizing and restructuring administrative procedures to simplify processes and improve the quality of online public services.
The Department of Science and Technology serves as the focal agency responsible for monitoring, guiding, and urging the implementation of the plan. It will also oversee the integration of digital platforms and information systems that handle administrative procedures with the national public digital signature authentication service gateway.
The Department of Finance will lead and coordinate with relevant units to appraise and advise the Provincial People’s Committee on funding allocations for implementation, within the province’s budget capacity.
The implementation of this plan is expected to contribute significantly to building a digital government that effectively serves citizens and businesses across Lam Dong Province.
