According to the Lam Dong Provincial Master Plan for 2021–2030, with a vision to 2050, the healthcare sector has identified 18 investment projects for implementation during the 2026–2030 period, of which six have already attracted proposals from interested investors.

The Department of Health has collaborated with the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to assess the project portfolio, offer expert recommendations, and identify four key healthcare investment projects for 2026–2030, along with 20 other potential projects.

During the meeting, attendees talked about the progress of project implementation, land-use planning, availability of land, investment procedures, and solutions to overcome current challenges to enhance private investment in the healthcare sector.
Significant emphasis was placed on the execution of three major projects set for 2026: a high-quality hospital located in Bao Loc Ward 1, a high-quality cardiovascular and stroke hospital in Da Lat, and a high-quality general hospital in Duc Trong Commune.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Dinh Van Tuan highlighted the importance of establishing a network of high-quality hospitals and encouraging private investment in healthcare to enhance medical services, meet the increasing healthcare demands of local residents, and contribute to the province's socio-economic growth in the new period.

Dinh Van Tuan called upon relevant agencies to speed up the execution of healthcare investment projects throughout the province. The Department of Health, the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, the Department of Finance, and local authorities were directed to continue reviewing plans, updating the investment project list, and creating suitable investment promotion strategies to ensure the projects align with the healthcare development objectives of the province.
For the three key projects—the high-quality hospital in Bao Loc Ward 1, the high-quality cardiovascular and stroke hospital in Da Lat, and the high-quality general hospital in Duc Trong Commune—relevant agencies and local authorities were ordered to swiftly eliminate obstacles, accelerate progress according to the designated timeline, and finalize procedures related to land, public assets, investment approval, and bidding in accordance with existing regulations.
