Lam Dong and Ho Chi Minh City Connect Technology Markets
On August 28, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Lam Dong Department of Science and Technology and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on linking and sharing data and information on the operations of their technology exchanges.

The event marks an important step in concretizing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

The agreement focuses on establishing mechanisms for connecting, sharing and jointly exploiting databases between the technology exchanges and the Technology Supply-Demand Connection Portals of the two localities.
Through an interconnected data system updated in real time or on a daily basis, the two sides will comprehensively share technological resources, equipment, technical solutions, business databases, as well as networks of experts and scientists.

Under the cooperation program, the science and technology sectors of the two localities will coordinate in implementing applied research activities, transferring technical advances, providing technology consulting and brokerage services, and training highly specialized human resources.
Directly connecting data infrastructure will help improve the effectiveness of digital transformation, enable businesses in Lam Dong to gain faster access to modern technologies, promote the development of an interregional science and technology market, and make a positive contribution to the province's socio-economic development.
