Lam Dong athletes win 7 medals at the National Kickboxing Championship
The Lam Dong provincial team won seven medals at the 2026 National Kickboxing Strong Teams Championship.

The provincial team, comprising 10 athletes, secured one gold, two silver and four bronze medals, according to the Lam Dong Training and Sports Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Vi Van Duyet won gold in the 54 kg division. Silver medals went to Dang Quynh Bich (65 kg) and Dang Trung Thanh (91 kg).
Bronze medals were claimed by Vu Truong Giang (63.5 kg), Nguyen Hai Dang (54 kg), Nguyen Thi Lan (45 kg) and Vo Cong Trieu (57 kg).

The championship was held from April 2 to 11 in Hanoi, drawing more than 300 athletes from 27 teams representing provinces, cities and sectors nationwide.
Competitors contested 68 sets of medals across three disciplines — K1, Full Contact and Low Kick — in two age groups: 16–18 and 19–40.
Organizers said the event also serves as a selection platform for the national team ahead of upcoming international competitions.
