Lam Dong Blind Association Distributes 450 New Year Gifts to Visually Impaired Members
On the afternoon of January 1, the Lam Dong Blind Association, in coordination with the Cho Moi Volunteer Group from Cho Moi Commune, An Giang Province, organized the distribution of 450 gift packages to its members on the occasion of the 2026 New Year.

Each gift package, valued at VND 400,000, included essential daily necessities such as sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking oil, soy sauce, medicated oil, 10 kilograms of rice, one box of instant noodles, and VND 100,000 in cash. The total value of the program reached VND 180 million.

The activity provided meaningful encouragement and practical support, helping visually impaired members improve their living conditions and welcome the New Year in a warmer and more secure atmosphere.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Vu Xuan Truong, Chairman of the Lam Dong Blind Association, expressed his sincere appreciation to the Cho Moi Volunteer Group for traveling a long distance to share and stand alongside visually impaired people in the locality. He emphasized that the program carried profound humanitarian significance, reflecting the spirit of mutual support and compassion, and contributing to the spread of kindness and solidarity within the community, especially at the beginning of the new year.
