Raising awareness through communication

To ensure that election day truly becomes a nationwide civic event, authorities and organizations across Lam Dong have intensified communication efforts with diverse and practical approaches. These activities aim to foster unity in political awareness and action within the Party while building broad social consensus to ensure the success of the election.

In communes, wards and special administrative areas, public communication has been carried out through a wide range of channels. In addition to digital platforms such as Zalo and Facebook, local authorities have adopted the approach of “going door to door” to deliver election information directly to residents.

In residential areas, villages and ethnic hamlets throughout the province, loudspeaker systems operated by the Youth Union, Women’s Union and Integrated Service Centers regularly broadcast information about the election, ensuring that updates reach every household.

At the same time, numerous cultural, artistic, sports and community activities have been organized. Patriotic emulation movements and major campaigns within the Party and society have also been widely promoted, creating a vibrant atmosphere ahead of the country’s important political event.

Local media agencies have also strengthened election coverage across their daily publications and broadcast schedules. Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio–Television have produced a wide range of news reports and features on print, online, radio and television platforms.

Notably, radio and television programs have been translated into K’ho, Churu, M’nong and Cham languages to ensure that ethnic minority communities have full access to election information. Election-related content has also been expanded across digital platforms such as Zalo, fanpages, YouTube and TikTok, helping broaden outreach and enhance communication effectiveness.

Careful preparation of conditions

As election day approaches, local authorities are accelerating the remaining tasks to finalize preparations.

In Ninh Gia Commune, which has six electoral units and ten polling stations serving 11,533 voters, the Commune Election Committee organized a training conference for more than 80 participants, including members of assisting teams and polling station committees.

According to Nong Quoc Chinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, the training session covered key procedures for organizing the opening ceremony, voting procedures and possible situations that may arise during election day. Participants were also guided on using election result aggregation software, vote counting procedures and the preparation of official vote-counting reports.

These activities help ensure that members of polling teams clearly understand their responsibilities, duties and authority.

Meanwhile, in the ethnic minority commune of Lac Duong, preparations for the election have also been mostly completed. The commune has finalized the printing of materials and prepared ballot boxes, official seals and other necessary facilities.

All 15 villages in the commune have completed the distribution of voter cards to local residents.

We are determined to make careful preparations so that every voter arriving at a polling station feels a sense of solemnity and convenience. Most tasks have been completed on schedule. The commune is continuing to carefully review voter lists, inspect facilities at each polling station and promptly address any feedback from residents.
