Under the adjusted land-use plan for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050, the proposed industrial park sites in communes formerly part of Tanh Linh and Duc Linh districts are currently classified as land for perennial crops, industrial cluster land, transport land, and water surface areas.

The two sides also discussed orientations for converting suitable areas into industrial park development in line with provincial planning and land law regulations.
The parties agreed on the orientation of incorporating appropriate areas into industrial park planning for implementation during the 2026–2030 period.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested provincial departments, agencies, and local authorities to closely coordinate in reviewing and determining land origins, while guiding planning implementation in accordance with regulations to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
For projects not yet included in the planning framework, the province will compile proposals for inclusion in future planning adjustments.
