Lam Dong investment promotion in key industries
Lam Dong Province has approved its 2026 Investment Promotion Program, prioritizing strategic pillar industries such as high-tech agriculture, clean energy, deep-processing industries, high-quality tourism, the marine economy, and logistics.
The province is calling for investment in innovative agricultural projects that apply advanced technologies, automated water-saving irrigation systems, biological pest control solutions, post-harvest preservation technologies. Additionally, there is a strong focus on establishing integrated value chains for cultivation, livestock farming, and processing, all aligned with international standards.
At the same time, Lam Dong offers favorable conditions for enterprises to research and invest in renewable energy including wind power, solar power, floating solar systems, as well as ICT, digital technology, nanotechnology, and biotechnology projects that comply with international environmental standards.
Lam Dong further aims to attract large-scale projects in high-quality tourism, including wellness retreats, MICE tourism, ecotourism, luxury resorts, cultural tourism, adventure tourism, and tourism linked to UNESCO heritage sites.
Lam Dong also prioritizes key infrastructure projects, including the North–South high-speed rail and a comprehensive expressway network (Tan Phu – Bao Loc, Gia Nghia – Bao Loc) while modernizing Lien Khuong Airport and expanding its logistics infrastructure to streamline trade flows between the Central Highlands and the Southern Economic Region.
According to provincial reports, Lam Dong will host at least four international events promoting investment, trade, and tourism in 2026. In parallel, the province will continue cooperating with international organizations such as JETRO, JICA, KOTRA, EuroCham, and VKBIA to conduct research and participate in conferences and seminars domestically and abroad, tailored to specific partners and sectors.
In addition, Lam Dong is actively collecting data, conducting market research, and analyzing potential partners to identify trends and investment demands. The province is also strengthening outreach efforts to invite domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in priority local projects.
