Lam Dong launches 2026 digital transformation support program for SMEs
Lam Dong’s Department of Science and Technology has rolled out a 2026 support program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering incentives related to digital transformation, intellectual property, and technology transfer.

The program is implemented under Government Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP and related guidelines. Eligible beneficiaries include SMEs and innovative startups that meet current regulatory criteria.
Under the scheme, businesses can receive support across four key areas: digital transformation consulting, leasing or purchasing digital solutions, intellectual property registration consulting, and technology transfer consulting.
Support levels cover up to 50% of contract value or implementation costs, depending on the project category and business size. Maximum support can reach VND 100 million per contract per year for each enterprise.
For digital transformation consulting, small businesses may receive up to VND 50 million annually, while medium-sized enterprises can access up to VND 100 million.
For leasing or purchasing digital solutions, support is capped at VND 20 million per year for micro-enterprises, VND 50 million for small businesses, and VND 100 million for medium-sized enterprises.
In addition, consulting services related to intellectual property rights and technology transfer are also eligible for support of up to VND 100 million per contract annually.
Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2026. Registration documents should be submitted to the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong at the Provincial Administrative Center, 36 Tran Phu Street, Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward .
