The 2026 “Not Alone” campaign was initiated by the Digital Trust Alliance (DTA), under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the international organizations UNICEF and UNODC. The campaign is coordinated with the Department of Cyber Security, the National Cybersecurity Association (NCA), and other relevant agencies, organizations, businesses, and community partners.

Alongside activities for students, the “Five Minutes with Your Child” initiative encourages parents and caregivers to spend time talking with and listening to their children every day. This can help them identify warning signs early and ensure that children do not have to face online incidents alone.

Through the campaign, Lam Dong aims to build a coordinated network involving families, schools, government agencies, and the wider community to protect children and adolescents. It also seeks to spread the message that every comment, message, and piece of content shared online should be guided by respect and responsibility.
