Lam Dong Launches “One Journey – Three Unique Experiences” to Boost Tourism
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the month of experiential tourism features cultural highlights and the unique indigenous identity of the province, offering a comprehensive understanding of Lâm Đồng in the new era.
Under the theme "One Journey - Three Unique Experiences", the Month of experiential tourism - which took place from September 6 to October 5, 2025 - featured a wide range of cultural, sports, art, and culinary activities. The program enabled tourists to explore the beauty of scenic landscapes, flowers and the pristine seascapes, showcasing the rich cultural heritage following the administrative merger. According to Mrs. Nguyen Lan Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the month-long program was designed to attract both domestic and international visitors while strengthening the province’s tourism brand.
Nearly 50 tourism businesses, including hotels, travel operators, restaurants, and entertainment services, joined the campaign, offering attractive promotions such as 5–50% discounts, complimentary vouchers, free services, and all-inclusive packages that combine transportation, lodging, dining, and sightseeing.

The program’s highlight theme, “One Journey – Three Unique Experiences,” showcases Lam Dong’s unique strengths: the flower city of Da Lat, the vast highlands with indigenous cultural heritage, and the sun-drenched coastline of Mui Ne. Alongside, visitors can enjoy a vibrant lineup of activities, including art photography exhibitions, international food fairs, traditional musical performances, folk singing and dancing, cultural games, and showcases of OCOP products, traditional handicrafts, and high-tech agriculture from both Lam Dong and across Vietnam.
A cultural milestone of the month-long festival is expected be the official recognition of the ancient lithophone (stone instrument) and the Avalokitesvara Bac Binh statue as National Treasures. These designations affirm the distinctive heritage values of Lam Dong and represent outstanding achievements in culture, artistry, and craftsmanship of Vietnam’s diverse ethnic communities.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Month of Destination Experiences is expected to catalyze new tourism products, foster business partnerships, and deliver more fulfilling visitor experiences. At the same time, it will help preserve ethnic traditions, revitalize craft villages, and promote sustainable tourism development as a key driver of the province’s economic growth.
