Lam Dong Meets Businesses to Address Land-Related Issues
On the morning of June 5, the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province held the second session of its “Entrepreneurs’ Coffee” program in Nam Gia Nghia Ward, creating a platform for dialogue between local authorities and the business community.
Open Dialogue on Land Policies

The event was attended by Le Trong Yen, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of provincial departments, local authorities, and numerous businesses from the western region of the province.
During the program, representatives from the Department of Agriculture and Environment introduced and explained new land-related regulations and policies. Particular attention was given to decentralization measures and administrative procedures related to land management.

In an open and constructive atmosphere, business representatives raised a range of concerns regarding land administration procedures, access to land resources, and the availability of warehouses and production sites for business operations.
Several participants noted that the implementation of Resolution No. 68 on private sector economic development remains insufficiently detailed at the local level.
Businesses also highlighted challenges in accessing credit, particularly issues related to address verification following recent administrative boundary adjustments.

In addition, enterprises called on authorities to promptly update and publish construction material and labor prices that accurately reflect market conditions. Such information is essential for project budgeting, bidding processes, and construction implementation.
Commitment to Supporting Business Growth
Speaking at the event, Standing Vice Chairman Le Trong Yen emphasized that the development of the business community is a key driver of the province’s economic growth.

He reaffirmed Lam Dong Province’s commitment to supporting businesses and creating the most favorable conditions possible within the legal framework, enabling them to invest with confidence, use land resources effectively, and expand their operations.
Le Trong Yen also encouraged businesses to proactively study and comply with land-related regulations while actively contributing ideas and recommendations to improve policies and mechanisms. Such cooperation, he noted, would help enhance the local investment climate and strengthen the province’s business environment.
The “Entrepreneurs’ Coffee” program continues to serve as an important channel for dialogue, helping provincial authorities better understand the concerns of businesses and promptly address obstacles that may affect investment and economic development in Lam Dong.
