Lam Dong Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam inspects election preparations in Da Huoai commune
On March 4, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and Head of the province’s National Assembly Delegation, Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, conducted an on-site inspection of election preparations in Da Huoai commune.

Accompanying him was Mr. Ton Thien Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Organization Commission. The delegation visited Polling Station No. 4 in Hamlet 4, under Electoral Unit No. 4 of Da Huoai commune.
The polling area was decorated with flags and flowers, reflecting a festive yet orderly atmosphere. Preparations have been carried out in line with established plans and regulations. The posting of official voter lists and summary biographies of candidates for the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term has been completed.

Comprehensive preparations across 27 hamlets
According to the Da Huoai Commune People’s Committee, the commune comprises 27 hamlets with a total population of 22,910, including 1,947 ethnic minority residents, accounting for 8.5 percent. The commune has established 27 polling stations across 11 electoral units, serving 15,880 registered voters.
Local authorities reported that election preparations have progressed smoothly. Local Party committees, government and the commune-level Election Committee have proactively developed detailed plans and assigned specific responsibilities to each agency and unit.

Coordination among entities within the political system has been strengthened to ensure that all preparatory tasks are implemented on schedule. Local residents have demonstrated a strong sense of civic responsibility, actively supporting and participating in election-related activities.
During the inspection, the Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee urged Da Huoai commune to strictly adhere to the timeline, fully implement assigned tasks and prepare contingency plans for potential scenarios. He called for enhanced supervision, timely reporting and proactive proposals to address emerging issues, ensuring that the election is conducted democratically, safely and in accordance with regulations.

Strengthening grassroots administrative services
On the same day, Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam visited the Da Huoai Public Administration Service Center to review administrative reform efforts. He met with officials and residents to assess the handling of administrative procedures.

Commune leaders reported that from January 1, 2026 to date, the center has received 772 administrative dossiers, all submitted online. Of these, 745 dossiers have been processed in accordance with regulations.

Regarding land administration, the Da Huoai regional branch of the Land Registration Office has assigned a dedicated officer to handle land-related applications for three communes: Da Huoai, Da Huoai 2 and Da Huoai 3. The arrangement of dedicated in-person reception staff has facilitated greater convenience for residents carrying out land procedures.
