Lam Dong prepares summer tourism campaign, unveils Mui Ne master plan
Authorities in Lam Dong are preparing to launch the 2026 summer tourism campaign while also announcing a long-term development plan for Mui Ne National Tourism Area.

Launch event set for late April
The opening ceremony and the announcement of the Mui Ne master plan are scheduled for April 26 at the Provincial Cultural and Arts Exhibition Theater in Phan Thiet Ward.
The event is expected to kick off a series of tourism promotion activities while creating momentum to attract investment and unlock the potential of Mui Ne as a national tourism hub.
Promotions and business participation

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said preparations are largely complete, including event planning, branding materials and promotional videos.
More than 70 tourism and service businesses have registered to participate, offering discounts of 10% to 35%, along with bundled packages combining accommodation, dining and additional services.

Local tourism authorities are also promoting domestic travel campaigns under the messages “People of Lam Dong travel in Lam Dong” and “Lam Dong — Come to Love,” aimed at boosting internal demand.
Investment and planning focus
Exhibition areas showcasing the Mui Ne master plan, tourism products and OCOP goods have been prepared as part of the event.
The provincial government is also expected to sign memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with several investors in the trade, service and tourism sectors.
Tourism seen as a growth driver

Vice Chairman Nguyen Minh said the event is a key step in supporting economic growth in 2026 and beyond, particularly in helping the province achieve its double-digit growth target.
Authorities have instructed relevant departments to finalize event plans, ensure administrative readiness and maintain security to support smooth implementation.
