Lam Dong Promotes Investment in Cambodia

This is an important step to realize economic cooperation commitments, while further strengthening the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia.

With the participation of more than 20 enterprises from Lam Dong and nearly 100 businesses from Cambodia, the conference focused on introducing the distinctive potential and strengths of the South Central Highlands. The core objective is to establish direct connection channels, promote trade exchange, and build sustainable investment linkages.

Cambodian partners highly appreciated the investment environment in Vietnam in general and the potential of Lam Dong in particular. Notably, clean agricultural products with clear traceability from Lam Dong attracted strong interest from importers.

Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Bui Thang affirmed that the event is not only about brand promotion but also an opportunity for Lam Dong enterprises and Cambodian partners to explore cooperation and turn potential into concrete projects, contributing to boosting bilateral trade turnover.

He emphasized that, based on the strong relationship between the two countries, Lam Dong Province hopes to establish more effective economic cooperation bridges.

Lam Dong is ready to open up and create the most favorable conditions for businesses from both sides to expand markets, based on principles of mutual benefit and sustainability.

The success of the investment promotion program in Phnom Penh once again affirms Lam Dong Province’s determination to accompany businesses, enhance competitiveness, and rise strongly in the era of international integration.
