Lam Dong provincial Leaders Meet with Novaland Group
On the afternoon of June 3, leaders of Lam Dong Province held a working session with Novaland Group to review the implementation progress and future orientation of its investment projects in the province.

Representing Lam Dong Province at the meeting were Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Ho Van Muoi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dang Hong Sy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
The meeting was also attended by vice chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments, agencies and sectors.

The Novaland Group delegation included Bui Thanh Nhon, founder and chairman of the group; Bui Cao Nhat Quan, Chairman of Novaland Group's Board of Directors; and other representatives.

Opening the meeting, Chairman Ho Van Muoi said efforts to remove obstacles for enterprises and investors are being strongly promoted from the central to local levels. He noted that Lam Dong Province is ready to listen to Novaland Group’s concerns and proposals, with a view to discussing practical solutions and supporting the implementation of the group’s investment projects in the province.

At the working session, a representative of Novaland Group said the Group is implementing several investment projects and conducting investment research activities in Lam Dong Province. The group highly values the province’s goodwill, receptiveness and cooperation, and considers Lam Dong a strategic investment destination in the coming years.
"We hope that difficulties and obstacles facing the projects will soon be resolved. Novaland Group is committed to developing effective and innovative investment models while supporting the province throughout its economic development process," said Bui Thanh Nhon, founder and chairman of Novaland Group.
At the meeting, members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, sectors and localities hosting the projects discussed and proposed solutions to remove current obstacles.

Provincial leaders expressed their hope that Lam Dong Province and Novaland Group would continue working closely together, strengthening exchanges and seeking common ground to resolve existing difficulties and obstacles. The aim is to create favorable conditions for the projects to be implemented and put into operation soon, thereby contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.

Speaking at the working session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam said Lam Dong Province welcomed the group’s visit and recognized its practical proposals for the province.

For its part, Lam Dong Province always stands ready to support businesses and investors in removing difficulties and obstacles. This is both a governmental responsibility of the government and an important driving force for attracting investment and promoting socio-economic development.
"Lam Dong highly appreciates Novaland Group’s identification of the province as a strategic investment destination. Regarding the corporation’s difficulties and obstacles, the province has clearly defined the roadmap, solutions and approaches, with a strong determination to resolve them fully and create favorable conditions for the investor," the Provincial Party Committee Secretary emphasized.
Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam also asked the Provincial People's Committee to study and consider integrating appropriate initiatives and proposals from Novaland Group into the implementation and pilot application of the Provincial Master Plan. He also expressed his hope that Novaland Group would continue working alongside Lam Dong and contribute to the province’s development process.
