Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary visits Dalat Hasfarm
On May 14, Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee paid a working visit to Dalat Hasfarm.

The delegation also included Nguyen Khac Binh, a member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office along with Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, and representatives from relevant departments and agencies.
During the meeting, Nguyen Van Bao, Deputy General Director of Dalat Hasfarm, presented the company’s production and business performance as well as its future development plans.
The company is expanding high-tech applications in flower production through modern greenhouse systems equipped with automated irrigation and nutrient supply technologies, helping optimize cultivation processes while improving productivity and product quality.

The company is actively applying information technology to production management, operations, and product traceability, while gradually advancing its digital transformation process.
It is also promoting a biologically oriented agricultural model by using natural predators for pest control and minimizing chemical use, contributing to environmental protection and workers' health.

Dalat Hasfarm considers environmental protection and sustainable development its key strategic pillars. The company has implemented various environmentally friendly solutions in production, including water conservation, resource reuse, emission reduction, and strict measures to control impacts on air, soil, and water quality.
Dalat Hasfarm currently operates across approximately 340 hectares, providing stable jobs for around 4,000 full-time workers and 1,000 seasonal laborers.
The company runs a fully integrated production system, supplying more than 500 varieties of cut flowers, ornamental plants, and greenery directly from farms to distribution networks. In 2025, Dalat Hasfarm recorded total revenue of approximately USD 130 million, including around USD 67 million in export turnover.
Despite these achievements, the company also pointed to several challenges, especially limited land availability for production expansion and complex land-use conversion procedures needed to support high-tech agricultural development.

Its success has helped strengthen the global reputation of Da Lat’s flower industry while promoting the image of Lam Dong internationally.

Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized that agricultural development in the current period should focus on increasing the application of technology while minimizing negative environmental impacts, particularly the use of chemicals.
He noted that the company’s proactive shift toward biological solutions, combined with digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence, aligns with the province’s vision for green and sustainable development. He said this is the right direction for building a modern and environmentally friendly agricultural sector.
