Lam Dong ready for the “Welcome Summer Tourism Season” series
In preparation for the April 30 and May 1 holidays, followed by the summer tourism season, with the theme “Lam Dong – Come to Love”, the province is gearing up with a wide range of promotional programs, new tourism products, and attractive experiential activities, ready to welcome a wave of domestic and international visitors.

The opening ceremony of the “Welcome Summer Tourism Season 2026” program, combined with the announcement of the master plan for the Mui Ne National Tourism Area through 2040 with a vision to 2050, will take place on April 26. This is expected to be a major highlight in building the destination brand “Lam Dong – A Journey of Sea, Flowers, and Highlands.”
Beyond promotion, a wide range of cultural, sports, and tourism activities will be organized in a coordinated manner, creating a continuous, fresh, and engaging experience for visitors. From April to August 2026, the province is also launching strong communication campaigns such as “Lam Dong – Come to Love” and “Lam Dong People – Experience Lam Dong Tourism.”
To date, more than 70 businesses have participated in the stimulus program, offering attractive gifts and discounts to encourage visitors to travel to Lam Dong this summer. Many accommodations, tourist sites, and travel agencies have introduced promotional packages with discounts ranging from 10% to 30%, along with additional offers such as souvenirs, experiential activities, afternoon tea, breakfast buffets, main meals, spa services, complimentary room upgrades, and no weekend surcharges. Notably, numerous 3- to 5-star resorts and hotels in Da Lat and Phan Thiet have launched direct room discounts, helping visitors save costs while enjoying high-quality resort experiences.

At the same time, tourist attractions such as Datanla Waterfall, operated by Dalattourist, are offering discounted adventure packages. Visitors can enjoy promotional combos such as “60-challenge High Rope Course combined with alpine coaster” or “1,500-meter forest zipline combined with alpine coaster,” with offers available through the end of 2026. Similarly, Sea Links City Resort is offering up to 25% room discounts, along with experiences such as visiting the Wine Castle and enjoying a European aristocratic-themed experience at preferential prices.
According to the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, in preparation for this large-scale campaign, tourism operators have been encouraged to develop new tourism products and strengthen connections across the province’s three regions. New tour models are being formed, linking flowers and the sea, flowers and heritage, the sea and heritage, while creating multi-experience journeys under the concept: “Lam Dong – One Trip, Multiple Experiences.”

In addition, the Lam Dong Tourism Association has encouraged strong participation from its members and tourism service businesses across the province, offering attractive promotional packages under a unified message. Alongside discounts, businesses are required to ensure safety, security, service quality, and maintain the friendly, professional image of Lam Dong tourism.
With thorough and careful preparations for the opening ceremony and strong collaboration from the business community, Lam Dong is striving to achieve its goal of welcoming over 25 million visitors in 2026, contributing to the province’s target of double-digit economic growth.
At a recent meeting to review preparations, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Van Tuan emphasized that the opening ceremony and the announcement of the Mui Ne tourism master plan are significant events that will promote the province’s tourism image, orient future development, attract investment, and drive socio-economic growth.
