Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc emphasized that, as children gain access to the internet at increasingly younger ages, cyberspace has become not only a place for learning, entertainment and connection, but also an environment containing many potential risks.

Therefore, protecting children online requires regular and close coordination among families, schools and society. Parents and teachers, he noted, should not only supervise children’s internet use but also accompany and guide them in developing safe and civilized digital habits.
