Vice Chairman Dinh Van Tuan emphasized that the council's evaluation serves as an essential scientific foundation for specialized agencies to review, refine, and complete the dossiers in strict accordance with regulations before submitting them to competent authorities. The finalized records must not only satisfy procedural requirements but also compellingly reflect the outstanding value of each site and heritage element.

The Vice Chairman directed all involved agencies and local authorities to fully incorporate feedback, coordinate closely, and accelerate progress to ensure the quality of the dossiers.
