Logistics preparations are largely complete, and invitations have been issued. Communication products such as trailers, visuals, infographics and banners have been developed, approved and implemented as planned. Overall program activities, artistic content and the list of participating artists have also been reported in detail.

At the meeting, delegates discussed key issues including security plans, drone operations, traffic management, delegation arrangements and control of the event space.
Regarding drone activities, participants proposed strengthening content review and coordinating with the provincial Military Command to ensure strict control, safety and effectiveness.

A representative of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio-Television said the opening ceremony will be broadcast live across digital platforms, with communication activities on schedule.
Finalizing scripts and ensuring effective implementation
In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman Nguyen Minh called for a full review of the programme script, especially the narration and hosting segments, to ensure a clear structure and avoid overlap with the live broadcast.

The program content should highlight the theme “Hello Summer Tourism 2026,” while guest arrangements, reception and logistics must be carefully prepared. Promotional videos and tourism stimulus programs should be strengthened to reach both residents and visitors.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism was tasked with reviewing the script to avoid duplication and ensure alignment with cultural themes. Performances must be well-connected to create a coherent emotional flow, reflecting the distinctive images of regions from “thousand flowers – great forests – blue sea.” The selection of singers and songs must be carefully evaluated before inclusion.
