Lam Dong Strengthens Legal Communication in Culture, Sports and Tourism
In alignment with the two-tier local government model, Lam Dong’s culture, sports and tourism sector is strengthening legal communication to enhance State management effectiveness at the grassroots level.

On the morning of December 30 in Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward (Lam Dong province), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a communication conference to raise public awareness and responsibility, and to foster habits of learning and complying with laws in the fields of culture, sports and tourism, in alignment with the two-tier local government model.”

At the conference, participants were briefed on key topics including decentralization, delegation and the delineation of authority in the fields of culture, sports and tourism; the functions and responsibilities of specialized agencies under People’s Committees at all levels; the restructuring and streamlining of public service units; and regulations on professional rank promotion for public employees.

The conference also offered training sessions on legal access and research skills, policy communication techniques, and the application of information technology, digital transformation and mass media in legal dissemination and education.

A notable component was guidance on submitting feedback and recommendations on legal documents through digital platforms, an important step toward fostering a transparent and efficient legal framework at the local level.

According to leaders of the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province holds substantial potential for cultural, sports and tourism development. Strengthening legal dissemination within the context of the two-tier local government model will help reinforce State management capacity and enhance legal compliance among officials, businesses and citizens, supporting sustainable development in the new period.
