In meetings to prepare for the Festival, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan emphasized creating a distinctive identity for the festival, linking activities with the landscape and encouraging the participation of residents and businesses. Aesthetic standards and harmony with the urban landscape are also important considerations when organizing outdoor cultural activities in Da Lat, where the beauty of the landscape and its tranquility are part of its charm.
