Lien Huong offers pristine beaches and spiritual charm, drawing visitors with its unique blend of nature, culture, and coastal heritage.

Located in Lam Dong Province, Lien Huong is emerging as a distinctive destination, combining unspoiled beaches, clear blue waters, and a serene spiritual atmosphere centered around Co Thach Pagoda, an over 170-year-old temple nestled against the mountains overlooking the sea.

Lien Huong tourism combines beaches and spiritual sites

The area is endowed with four beautiful beaches and abundant seafood resources, attracting more than 500,000 visitors annually, especially during holidays and summer. Alongside coastal tourism, Co Thach Pagoda remains a key spiritual attraction, drawing visitors seeking both relaxation and cultural experiences.

Also known as Hang Pagoda, the temple is located within Binh Thanh Tourist Area, set among natural rock formations along a peaceful coastline. Built on a mountainside about 64 meters above sea level, the site features a cave complex spanning over 2,000 square meters.

Beyond its scenic beauty, the pagoda preserves valuable Han-Nom heritage, ancient inscriptions, and artifacts dating back to the early 19th century, adding historical depth to the visitor experience.

Unlocking tourism potential in Lien Huong

In addition to spiritual tourism, Lien Huong is developing diverse offerings, including cultural heritage tours, garden tourism, coastal resorts and marine sports. Unique attractions such as the Seven-Colored Stone Beach and seasonal moss landscapes further enhance its appeal.

However, tourism development still faces challenges, including limited infrastructure, inconsistent service quality, and a lack of strategic investment. Local authorities are working to address these gaps by promoting sustainable, community-based tourism and strengthening regional linkages.

Future plans center on eco-friendly tourism, infrastructure upgrades and integrated tour routes linking coastal and highland areas. Efforts are also being stepped up to promote local culture and cuisine while strengthening the destination’s visibility across digital tourism platforms.
