Mui Ne with its stunning natural beauty
Located in the southeastern part of Lam Dong Province, Mui Ne has transformed from a quiet stretch of pink dunes and sparse fishing villages into a vibrant seaside destination dotted with hundreds of luxury resorts. Today, it is known as a romantic and alluring beach paradise that welcomes thousands of visitors each year with its pristine yet captivating beauty.

What makes Mui Ne unique is the sandy cape that juts out into the sea, forming two graceful curving bays, fondly called by locals as the Front and the Back Beach. In stormy weather, fishing boats often take shelter here - hence the name “Mũi Né” (literally “Cape of Shelter”). During the stormy season, hundreds of fishing boats anchor safely in the bays, while on calm days, the crystal-clear waters and bustling seaside fish markets bring the fishing village to life.
The Back Beach (Hon Rom Bay) offers a tranquil escape with gentle waves, clear waters, and no rocky seabed, making it perfect for swimming, beach walks, water sports like windsurfing, kitesurfing, and even beach bonfires. Since the total solar eclipse that first brought global fame to the area, Hon Rom Bay has blossomed into a fully developed tourism hub, with a scenic coastal road opening the way for investors to showcase its beauty.

Just offshore lies Ghenh Islet, a tiny uninhabited island about one kilometer from Hon Rom. Covered with shrubs, rocky outcrops, and flocks of seabirds, this wild little island is a favorite spot for adventurous travelers who hire local boats to explore its colorful coral reefs.
Towering above the Back Beach is Mui Ne’s famous Red Sand Dunes, where the wind constantly reshapes the landscape, creating mesmerizing patterns in the sand. Visitors not only marvel at the view but also enjoy the thrill of sand sledding down the slopes

Mui Ne offers a wealth of natural attractions. Along the shore, tourists can join fishermen at dawn to pull in nets, haul round basket boats ashore, and sort the morning catch. These lively village scenes paint a breathtaking “coastal watercolor,” capturing the essence of coastal life in Vietnam.
