National Day at the border

At the Bu Prang Border Gate Border Guard Station, officers and soldiers continue their daily duties, patrolling the border, carrying out tasks at the border gate and maintaining security and public order in the border area.

Along the frontier, every border marker and every patrol represents a visible affirmation of national sovereignty. Under the national flag, border guards remain committed to their duties.

Some soldiers spend the holiday away from their families. Yet they regard staying on the border, protecting border markers and maintaining security in the area as both a responsibility and a source of pride.
