Ong Dia Rock Beach Park Gets a Fresh New Look
According to the Phu Thuy Ward People's Committee, renovation and landscape improvement works at Ong Dia Rock Beach are currently underway. As part of the project, the contractor is painting the Tetrapod blocks in vibrant colors, creating what is expected to become an attractive check-in spot for both local residents and visitors from near and far.

The Ong Dia Rocky Beach Park project, which has a total investment of VND 11 billion provided by a private company, has officially commenced construction. This project aims to establish a contemporary public area and a sustainable landmark within the Phu Thuy and Mui Ne regions. The other parts of the park are under construction and are expected to be completed and put into use before September 2, 2026.
The initiative is regarded as a vital infrastructure project focused on enhancing public areas. In addition to improving the scenery, it aims to maintain the current values of the region while fostering sustainable tourism growth in Mui Ne. This project is anticipated to increase the natural landscape's worth along the central coastal strip after the merging of administrative boundaries.

The Ong Dia Rocky Beach Park project covers an area of approximately 1.2 hectares and has been planned as an open space that harmoniously connects modern elements with local identity. The centerpiece of the project is a seaside square designed to host cultural events and community festivals.

For many years, Ong Dia Rocky Beach has been a well known local landmark, deeply associated with its natural rocky shoreline and the livelihoods of local fishermen. These aspects have formed the basis for the vision of local officials to develop the area into a coastal park that caters to community needs while maintaining its cultural heritage.

Investing in the coastal park not only meets recreational needs but also represents a strategic initiative to elevate the tourism profile of Phu Thuy Ward in a more refined and contemporary manner. The project features rock gardens and the Ong Dia shrine to uphold the unique cultural and spiritual traits of the region.

Simultaneously, the Phu Thuy Ward People's Committee is working on a bougainvillea flower wall along Nguyen Thong Street, situated on the Lau Ong Hoang slope leading to the Mui Ne National Tourism Area. This is anticipated to become another fantastic photo spot in the future.

Although it is not a large-scale initiative, it holds considerable practical importance for urban beautification and encourages a collaborative effort between businesses and local authorities to foster a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful community
