After approximately 45 days under strict care and protection, 57 baby sea turtles hatched in completely healthy condition. On the morning of October 12, fisheries protection officers together with local residents assisted in returning all of these baby turtles to their natural environment.

Sea turtles are rare and precious wild animals listed among endangered, precious, and rare species prioritized for protection. This release of baby turtles not only contributes to maintaining biodiversity and restoring the sea turtle population, but also demonstrates the effective coordination between relevant authorities and the public in joining hands to protect the environment and preserve the sustainable marine ecosystem in Phu Quy.
