However, with limited time remaining before the festival’s main activities, several important matters still need to be finalized, including plans, budgets, organizational arrangements, and responsibilities for appraisal and approval.
Programs involving substantial workloads, particularly the opening and closing ceremonies, floral displays, landscape improvements, and flower exhibitions, require focused direction and timely resolution of outstanding issues to keep preparations on schedule.
To ensure the events meet the required standards, Vice Chairman Dinh Van Tuan assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to serve as the focal point for coordination and consolidation, working with the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee to urgently finalize the organizational plans. The department must maintain regular communication and promptly report emerging issues.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism must coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant agencies to review and complete all required procedures, proactively reporting to and seeking guidance from ministries and central agencies on matters within their jurisdiction.
Alongside artistic content, the relevant units must develop plans to ensure security and public order, traffic safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and safety at event venues. Xuan Huong - Da Lat Ward must coordinate with the Department of Construction, Provincial Police and event organizers to conduct site inspections and arrange suitable parking areas, traffic diversions, lighting systems and directional signage for residents and visitors.

Vice Chairman Dinh Van Tuan also called for thorough preparations for reception, logistics and transportation for delegates and artists. Staff capable of communicating in English, emergency vehicles and medical personnel must be available to respond promptly to any situation.
