Penetrating and expanding markets, as well as seeking cooperation opportunities, remain top priorities for enterprises, cooperatives, and production and business establishments across Lam Dong Province. These efforts are strongly supported by provincial departments, sectors, and local authorities through intensified trade promotion activities.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, in 2025 the department organized and co-organized numerous major trade-related activities, creating favorable conditions for the province’s key products, specialty goods, and OCOP products to access markets and stimulate domestic consumption.

A highlight was Lam Dong’s successful participation with a dedicated exhibition area at the 2025 Autumn Fair in Hanoi. With distinctive activities showcased across three exhibition zones, Lam Dong was awarded the title of “Outstanding Exhibition Space” by the organizing committee.

Throughout 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade also supported many enterprises, cooperatives, and production and business establishments in participating in trade fairs, product exhibitions, trade connection events, and brand promotion activities in various provinces and cities. In addition, exhibitions and promotional events featuring Lam Dong’s signature products were organized in locations such as Da Lat, Phan Thiet, and Phu Quy, resulting in many new cooperation contracts and the robust expansion of supply chains.

According to the department, beyond facilitating brand development for individual enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities, Lam Dong has also focused on promoting regional brands such as “Da Lat – A Marvelous Convergence from Fertile Land,” Binh Thuan dragon fruit, Phan Thiet fish sauce, as well as national brands.

Statistics from the Department of Industry and Trade show that Lam Dong currently has 858 trademarks certified under the “Da Lat – A Marvelous Convergence from Fertile Land” label. In addition, the province has five national-brand products, including Binh Thuan dragon fruit, Phan Thiet fish sauce, Da Lat wine, Chateau Dalat wine, and Dalat Tourist travel services, along with 934 OCOP products, comprising 927 three-star and 90 four-star items.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Sang, owner of a bamboo shoot processing facility in Ta Dung Commune, shared: “By participating in trade promotion channels organized by the Lam Dong Department of Industry and Trade, we have had opportunities to meet partners, exchange information, and better understand market demand, thereby fostering cooperation links in production, business, and product consumption.”

Alongside traditional trade promotion channels, the Department of Industry and Trade has also focused on investing in technical infrastructure to support e-commerce development. The department has coordinated with other agencies to advise the provincial People’s Committee on cooperation initiatives aimed at promoting tourism and culture, advancing trade promotion, and connecting local product consumption on digital platforms such as TikTok. At the same time, enterprises are supported in joining reputable domestic and international e-commerce platforms.

By proactively adopting appropriate trade promotion methods, leveraging digital platforms, and renewing market access strategies, enterprises, cooperatives, and production and business establishments in Lam Dong Province are gradually enhancing their competitiveness amid forecasts of increasingly complex and unpredictable global market developments.

Notably, these entities continue to receive strong support and companionship from Lam Dong Province in trade promotion activities, market expansion, cooperation seeking, and the promotion of production, business, distribution, and product consumption.
