Lam Dong Youth Launch “Digital Summer 2026” Campaign

The event was attended by Ha Thi Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong Province, along with representatives of provincial departments, agencies and organizations, as well as a large number of youth union members and young volunteers.
Young Volunteers Join Hands to Advance Community Digital Transformation
This year’s “Digital Summer” campaign aims to promote the pioneering and volunteer spirit of young people in supporting community digital transformation, helping residents access digital technologies and improve essential digital skills.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced decisions establishing the “Digital Summer 2026” Youth Volunteer Teams. These teams will be deployed directly to local communities to assist residents and coordinate with specialized agencies in updating, standardizing and digitizing land records, as well as matching and verifying population data.
The initiative is expected to contribute to accelerating digital transformation and administrative reform efforts across the province, while effectively implementing the nationwide “Digital Literacy for All” movement.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong Province Ha Thi Hanh called on youth organizations at all levels to further promote the creativity, dynamism and volunteer spirit of young people. She emphasized the importance of community-oriented communication efforts that help residents improve digital skills and effectively access online public services.

She also urged local youth organizations to work closely with specialized agencies in reviewing, verifying and digitizing population and land data, while effectively integrating resources from the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign to support implementation at the grassroots level.
Ha Thi Hanh expressed her hope that young people would continue serving as a bridge between government authorities and citizens, developing and expanding innovative models and effective practices that contribute to accelerating database completion and improving public services.

Immediately following the launch ceremony, 130 “Digital Summer 2026” volunteer teams simultaneously set out for communes and wards across the province to support residents and local agencies, demonstrating their commitment to successfully implementing the “Digital Literacy for All” movement throughout Lam Dong.
