Lam Dong Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam Inspects Boarding School Project in Dak Wil Border Commune
The Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Secretary has called for accelerated site clearance to ensure the timely construction of the Dak Wil Inter-Level Boarding School, a key educational project serving students in the border region.
Accelerating Site Clearance for a Strategic Education Project

On the morning of June 10, a working delegation led by Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, conducted a field inspection of the site clearance progress for the Dak Wil Inter-Level Boarding School for Primary and Lower Secondary Education in Dak Wil Border Commune.
The delegation included leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, as well as representatives from the police, military, border guard forces, and relevant provincial departments.
Local Consensus Supports Project Progress

According to Dak Wil Commune authorities, site clearance work is on schedule and has received strong support from local residents.
Local authorities have completed the public disclosure of compensation plans at community venues, village offices, and commune headquarters, while also delivering notifications directly to affected households.
The commune is currently collecting public feedback on compensation plans before formal approval and payment procedures are finalized. Under the proposed timeline, the cleared site will be handed over to the investor before June 30, 2026.
Improving Educational Opportunities in Border Areas

During the field inspection, Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam acknowledged the proactive efforts of local authorities in public communication, community engagement, and implementation of procedures related to land acquisition and compensation.
He emphasized that the project holds special significance for the border area, contributing not only to educational infrastructure development but also to improving learning and living conditions for students in remote and ethnic minority communities.
To ensure the project proceeds on schedule, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Dak Wil Commune and relevant agencies to focus intensively on completing site clearance tasks. Authorities were instructed to expedite compensation and support payments while strengthening dialogue and communication efforts to maintain public consensus.
Ensuring Timely Handover and Construction

Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam stressed that a clean construction site must be handed over to the investor on time, avoiding any delays that could affect groundbreaking and construction schedules.
He also urged the investor, project management units, and contractors to proactively prepare manpower, materials, equipment, and all necessary conditions so that construction can begin immediately once the site is delivered.
According to the Provincial Party Committee Secretary, the project will have long-term significance for education, human resource development, and national defense and security in border areas.
He urged all relevant agencies to uphold a strong sense of responsibility, mobilize resources effectively, and ensure the project is completed on schedule and to required quality standards.

The Dak Wil Inter-Level Boarding School for Primary and Lower Secondary Education will be built on an area of nearly 4.9 hectares, with a total investment exceeding VND 200 billion.
According to the project timeline, the school is expected to be completed before August 30, 2027, allowing it to welcome students for the 2027–2028 academic year.
