BCONS Proposes Transport and Urban Development Projects in Lam Dong
On June 24, Nguyen Hong Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, met with BCONS Investment Construction Joint Stock Company to discuss proposed investments in transportation infrastructure, urban planning studies, and eco-urban and marine economy development projects under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

During the meeting, BCONS presented an overview of its business activities and expressed its interest in conducting surveys, preparing project proposals, and studying investment opportunities in strategic transportation infrastructure, eco-urban development, and marine economy projects in Lam Dong Province.
The company also updated provincial leaders on the progress of two projects currently under development in Lam Dong: the Viet Phap Mixed-Use Residential Area (Bcons Mimosa), covering more than 43 hectares with a total investment of VND 997 billion, and the BCONS Lac Duong Commercial, Service, Resort and Apartment Complex, spanning 99 hectares with a total investment of VND 2 trillion.

In addition, BCONS proposed conducting surveys and investment studies for the Southern Lam Dong Coastal Road, the new Lam Dong Provincial Administrative Center, and several strategic transportation infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening regional connectivity.
The company suggested implementing these projects under the PPP framework through Build-Transfer (BT) contracts, with payments made through land resources or the state budget.

Representatives from provincial departments and agencies discussed the proposals, providing feedback on legal requirements, implementation procedures, and other issues related to project development.

Provincial authorities also shared information about ongoing projects and investment opportunities currently being promoted in Lam Dong.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Hong Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the proposals submitted by BCONS.

Vice Chairman Nguyen Hong Hai instructed relevant departments and agencies to actively support and facilitate the company's survey and research activities in accordance with legal regulations and their respective authorities.
Regarding the two projects already being implemented by BCONS in Lam Dong, provincial leaders requested the Department of Construction to direct local wards to complete planning procedures and assist the company in carrying out the required administrative processes, creating favorable conditions for project implementation.
