Lam Dong Chairman Surveys Eco-Agritourism Model in Mui Ne
Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi visited an eco-agritourism model in Mui Ne Ward on July 18, reaffirming the province's commitment to developing sustainable tourism and supporting innovative tourism enterprises.

During a working visit to Mui Ne Ward on the afternoon of July 18, Ho Van Muoi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, inspected an eco-agritourism model operating in the locality.
The delegation, which included leaders of provincial departments and Mui Ne Ward authorities, visited Suoi Tien Ba Tuong Ecotourism Area (Ba Tuong Farm), located near Suoi Tien Bridge.
The destination has been developed as an eco-agritourism attraction that combines natural landscapes with local culture, traditional cuisine and agricultural production, offering visitors immersive rural experiences.
The tourism site features a variety of countryside-inspired spaces, including herb gardens, coconut groves, recreational fishing ponds and restaurants serving regional specialties.
Visitors can also explore livestock and farming activities, including the breeding of spiny-tailed lizards, French pigeons, chickens and other livestock as well as the cultivation of various crops, thereby gaining firsthand experience of local farming practices while helping to enhance the value of experiential tourism.
Following the field survey, Chairman Ho Van Muoi commended the entrepreneur's innovative spirit and willingness to invest in a tourism model that integrates ecological conservation with agricultural experiences.
According to the chairman, effectively utilizing local natural landscapes, agricultural resources and indigenous cultural values has created a distinctive tourism product that enriches Mui Ne's tourism offerings and contributes to the diversification of Lam Dong Province's tourism industry.
He reaffirmed that Lam Dong Province remains committed to creating a favorable environment for businesses and investors, particularly those developing tourism projects associated with agriculture, ecology and green development.
"This development direction aligns well with current tourism trends while enhancing the value of the tourism sector, creating employment opportunities, increasing local incomes and promoting sustainable rural economic development," he noted.
To further improve the model, Chairman Ho Van Muoi encouraged the business to continue enhancing service quality, develop more unique visitor experiences, and strictly comply with regulations on investment, construction and environmental protection.
The Chairman also instructed Mui Ne Ward authorities and relevant provincial agencies to continue supporting local businesses by removing obstacles, maximizing the area's development potential and attracting capable investors to develop larger-scale tourism projects.
He emphasized that these efforts would help create new tourism attractions in the eastern part of Lam Dong Province while contributing to the province's socio-economic development goals and its target of achieving double-digit economic growth in the coming years.
