The meeting was held online with communes and wards along the project routes.

According to a report from the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project, the route is nearly 65 km long, with the section passing through Lam Dong spanning nearly 54 km.

The project acquires nearly 402 hectares of land, affecting 958 cases. Based on initial reviews, the locality expects to arrange resettlement for 158 households in resettlement areas within Da Huoai, Da Teh, and the Bao Loc area.

For the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project, the total length of the route is over 73.6 km, with an acquired area of over 621 hectares, affecting 2,538 households and organizations. The resettlement demand is currently identified at about 271 households, to be arranged in resettlement areas in Bao Lam, Di Linh, Duc Trong, and Hiep Thanh.

These figures will continue to be updated after completing consultations with residents on compensation, site clearance, and resettlement plans.

The report also showed that the formulation of resettlement plans still faces many obstacles. Many localities have not completed verifying the remaining residential land and housing area after land acquisition, leaving the Provincial Land Fund Development Center without sufficient basis to determine eligible cases for resettlement.

Meanwhile, investment procedures, site clearance, and infrastructure construction remain incomplete at several resettlement sites, delaying the allocation of residential land to affected households.

Among them, the resettlement area in Bao Lam 1 commune is expected to complete about 70 technical infrastructure lots within August 2026; the Gung Re resettlement area has completed about 80 lots; the resettlement area in B'Lao ward has 57 lots eligible for land allocation, while 9 lots are awaiting finalization of related procedures...

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized that the progress in building resettlement areas is crucial to site clearance and the implementation of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway projects. Therefore, departments, sectors, and localities must identify this as a key task, prioritize resources, and strictly ensure that administrative procedures do not affect the overall progress.

Communes and wards must urgently review and identify all households eligible for resettlement, complete reports on resettlement and residential land demand before August 20, and take responsibility for the accuracy of the data.
