Localities are urgently implementing the campaign “Every Person Grows Flowers, Every Household Grows Flowers and Green Trees to Welcome the 11th Da Lat Flower Festival 2026.”

Accordingly, departments, boards, sectors, units and localities were asked to urgently review, register and organize activities for the Flower Festival, prioritizing those that create distinctive highlights and appeal to residents and tourists, with a focus on culture, arts, sports, tourism, exhibitions, community activities, urban embellishment, and the development of flower-lined routes, floral spaces and decorative flower installations.

The People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones were also asked to urgently implement the campaign “Every Person Grows Flowers, Every Household Grows Flowers and Green Trees to Welcome the 11th Da Lat Flower Festival 2026,” in conjunction with the movement to build a “Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful” environment.

At the same time, local authorities were instructed to mobilize residents, businesses, schools, and production and business establishments to take part in planting and caring for flowers and green trees; developing flower-lined routes, floral spaces, small parks and landscape highlights suited to the characteristics of each area.

The mobilization of social resources must be transparent, voluntary and in accordance with regulations, prioritizing projects capable of being maintained over the long term, while avoiding fragmented, superficial and wasteful implementation.

Localities are responsible for the progress, quality and effectiveness of implementation and must provide specific reports on results, including the number of flower routes, floral spaces and installations, the numbers of flowers and trees planted, and the level of community participation.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall monitor, review and consolidate implementation progress, while advising the Provincial People's Committee on measures to address localities and units that are slow to implement activities or fail to deliver clear improvements. These efforts are intended to ensure that activities for the Flower Festival are carried out in a coordinated and sustained manner, contributing to a bright, green, clean and beautiful landscape, enhancing Lam Dong's image and creating a joyful and vibrant atmosphere ahead of the 11th Da Lat Flower Festival.
