Notably, the province is promoting three high-quality hospital projects: the Da Lat High-Quality Cardiovascular and Stroke Hospital; a high-quality general hospital in Duc Trong Commune; and a high-quality hospital in Ward 1 Bao Loc.

According to the Department of Finance, all three projects are consistent with the approved Lam Dong provincial plan and meet the planning requirements for proceeding with bidding to select investors in accordance with regulations.

Some projects under implementation continue to face procedural and planning obstacles. The Xuyen A–Gia Nghia Hospital project cannot proceed because no detailed zoning plan has been established for the project area. Meanwhile, the proposed high-quality general hospital in Duc Trong Commune is undergoing a review, with its investment scale, construction components and medical waste treatment plan being finalized.

Removing obstacles related to planning, land and investment procedures is considered essential to accelerating project implementation, mobilizing social resources for healthcare infrastructure development and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment services across the province.
