Proactively Removing Bottlenecks
Provincial leaders have held direct dialogues with hundreds of businesses and investors to address obstacles in project execution. Authorities reaffirm their commitment to resolving issues within their jurisdiction while escalating more complex cases to central agencies.

Currently, nearly 360 non-budget investment projects—worth approximately VND 245 trillion—face implementation challenges. To tackle this, six task forces led by vice chairpersons of the Provincial People’s Committee have been deployed to review, classify, and resolve bottlenecks on a project-by-project basis.

Action-Oriented Governance
Departments and local authorities are taking a hands-on approach. The Department of Industry and Trade has assigned leadership to directly oversee and resolve issues across key sectors, including energy, commerce, and industrial production projects.

At the grassroots level, communes and wards are now required to hold regular monthly dialogues with businesses, cooperatives, and investors—ensuring timely identification and resolution of difficulties.

In parallel, the province is preparing to launch a “Business Coffee” model to enhance informal, direct engagement between government and the business community.

With a governance approach centered on accountability—“clear responsibilities, clear timelines, clear outcomes”—Lam Dong aims to build stronger trust with investors while unlocking resources for sustainable growth.
