The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee is stepping up efforts to improve the local investment environment by actively addressing challenges faced by businesses, reaffirming its commitment to creating favorable conditions for sustainable private-sector development.

On July 20, Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with representatives of provincial departments, agencies and local authorities to receive and resolve difficulties and recommendations raised by enterprises operating in the province.

During the meeting, businesses highlighted a range of issues affecting investment and production activities, including investment procedures, land administration, mineral exploitation, land rental rates in industrial parks, site clearance and other administrative procedures related to project implementation.

For matters falling within their authority, agencies were instructed to proactively resolve issues and guide enterprises in completing the required documents and procedures in accordance with regulations. Issues beyond local authority must be promptly reported to the Provincial People's Committee for further direction, ensuring that administrative delays do not hinder business operations or project implementation.
